  • 6 tbsp Fresh okara - for the crackers shown in the photo, I used okara made from black soy beans
  • 6 tbsp Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp in total White sesame seeds and black sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp in total Fine mixed grains
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
