  • 1 cup fat-free ricotta cheese
  • ⅓ cup fat-free milk
  • ¾ to 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¾ cup shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1-⅓ cups grape tomatoes, halved
