Broccoli, Bacon, Cheddar Frittata
Ingredients
  • 2 cups of steamed broccoli
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon (crumble bacon)
  • ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of heavy cream
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp of Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Steps
  1. Beat eggs with with all seasonings and heavy cream
  2. Heat up cast iron skillet
  3. Melt butter in skillet
  4. Pour in broccoli, cheddar and bacon
  5. and cover with egg mixture
  6. Put in the oven at 375 for 25 minutes
