Chicken Sauce Piquant by the Cajun Ninja
Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 lbs chicken thighs, wings and legs
  • Garlic Salt & Pepper (to season chicken)
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 Sticks of Celery
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • ⅔ Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 (6 oz) Can of Tomato Paste
  • 1 (14.5 oz) Can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (10 oz) Can of Rotel (Mild for Less Spice)
  • 1 (32 oz) Container Chicken Stock
  • 2 (15 oz) Cans of Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cajun or Creole Seasoning
  • Rice to serve with
