Diana's Tuna or Seafood Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • Miracle Whip to moisten
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 SMALL tuna pouch and 1 can crabmeat
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • ½ sweet onion, diced (or omit and add French Fried Onions when serving)
  • 1 Delicious apple, diced OPTIONAL
  • 10 or more Red grapes, sliced
  • Seasoned Salt to taste
  • McCormick Salad Delight to taste
  • OPTIONAL Tomatoes
  • OPTIONAL Peas
  • OPTIONAL Cucumbers, diced
  • OPTIONAL Craisins
  • OPTIONAL Glazed Walnuts
Steps
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool.
  2. Meanwhile, make deviled eggs using the yolks, mayo, mustard. vinegar and sugar. Make 4 of the egg halves into deviled eggs and reserve the remaining mixture.
  3. mix the egg yolk mixture with the mayo to use as the dressing for the salad.
  4. Combine all ingredients and chill at least 1 hour.
