Judi's Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
  • 1 cup garlic aioli
  • ½ cup chopped pickled jalapeños
  • 1 cup thinly sliced artichoke hearts
  • 4 ounces grated parmesan cheese
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Can be spread over bread and placed on parchment lined baking sheet, baked until golden and bubbly. Remove from the oven and cool slightly before slicing.
  3. Can be baked in a casserole dish until brown and bubbly.
