  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • subheading: Raita (Indian yogurt sauce):
  • ¾ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup cucumber, grated
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • Salt, pepper and cayenne, to taste
