Ingredients
  • 1 onion (sliced thinly)
  • 2 tomato (quartered)
  • 600g oyster blade beef (sliced 2 cm thick)
  •  
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • ½ Tbs sugar
  • 1 Tbs soy bean paste
  • 2 Tbs tomato ketchup
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs cooking wine
Steps
  1. Fry onion till fragrant then add beef.
  2. Stir fry for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes, stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add  sauce and mix well. Put the lid on, let it simmer for 30 and test for tenderness and taste
