Ingredients
  • 4 large russet potatoes washed and piereced all over with a fork
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup milk (I used skim milk)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 8 ounces immitation crab shredded (read about my choice to use imitation crab here)
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
