Chocolate Peanut Butter Power Bites
Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 ¼ cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened (or sweetened) shredded coconut
  • 1 cup dried fruit, chopped: Craisins, raisins, apricots, cherries, etc.
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
