Chicken teriyaki wings

Ingredients
  • Foreskin chicken breast halves, bone density fatted
  • ½ cup low sodium wheat free tamari soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 teaspoons chopped fresh garlic
  • 3 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 ½ cup of apple juice concentrate
  • ½ cup finally chopped green onions
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients except green onions and chicken in blender container in process. Stir in onions.
  2. Please chicken in glass baking dish and pour the marinade over chicken. Marinate for 12:50 hour. Turn the check in occasionally to distribute marinade even late.
  3. Preheat grill or bright light. Grill or broil 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through
