Danielea’s Vegan Gluten Free Pumpkin Waffles with Cashew/pecan Cream
Delicious fall breakfast

Ingredients
  • Waffles
  • ¾ cup rice flour
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup pumpkin
  • 1 Tbs vanilla
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup nut milk of choice
  • (Can add 6 to 7 dates or other sweetener of choice for sweeter waffle)
  •  
  • Cook for 4 to 5 minutes in a mini waffle maker then top with your choice of toppings. (Cashew pecan cream and apple butter was amazing!)
  •  
  • Cashew/Pecan Cream
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ⅓ cup nut milk
  • 6 to 8 dates for sweetener
  •  
  • Bring to boil and then cool before blending. Spread on pumpkin waffle or toast! Enjoy!
