Ingredients

  • 1bunch broccoli (we omit)
  • 1 pound dried fusilli pasta
  • ½ pound baby arugula (we use spinach)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
