  • 1 tablespoon salt-free Cajun seasoning
  • 1 ¼ lb uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese (8 oz)
  • Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
