Instant Pot Chinese Chicken and Broccoli [Video]

  • ½ tbsp Soy sauce (** or light soy sauce)

  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce (** use low sodium variety or use Tamari or light soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

  • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch (**made into a slurry, diluted in equal parts water)
