Chinese Style Chicken Legs with Shiitake Mushrooms (fast recipe)

Chinese style chicken legs with shiitake mushrooms. First time/first meal cooked in Instant Pot! Success! The chicken legs were placed in frozen hard as rock! They are so tender and juicy now Thank you all for inspiring me!

1 large onion chopped

2 shallots chopped

10 frozen chicken legs (used 6 legs and 1 breast)

A handful of shiitake mushrooms soaked in boiling water for 10 mins (9 to 10 shiitake)

2 tablespoon of oyster sauce

2 tablespoon of shao xing wine

Sesame seed oil, white pepper, fish sauce to taste (I used 1 tsp of Sesame oil, small pinch of white pepper, 1 tsp of fish sauce)

note: Note: can probably increase broth ingredients by 50% - see notes below
