Ingredients
  • 1 c frozen riced cauli
  • ¼ to ⅓ c fresh cranberries
  • ¼ c milk of choice, used cashew
  • dash pink salt
  • ½ to 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (if you love spices, a dash of ginger & all spice is a yummy addition too)
  • 1 serving vanilla protein @bad.athletics “badmeredith”
  • 1 scoop collagen or more flavored pro to get to 30g
  • 1 T ground flaxseed or psyllium husk
  • 1 to 2 T nut butter of choice or 2 T walnuts for a crunch
  • 1 T (sprinkle) of granola
