Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients
  • Choc Ganache Glaze

  • . ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder,
  • ½ cup sugar,
  • ½ cup heavy cream,
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces.
  •  
  • The recipe says put all the ingredients into the top of a double boiler and simmer it over water. Stir until smooth and shiny- about 3 to 5 minutes. That covers an entire cheesecake. So if you are making a 9 x 12 pan of brownies, which is the bakers recipe, it should easily cover your whole pan.
