Monte Cristo Waffles
Ingredients
  • ¼ C Kodiak Protein Packed Flapjack mix (95 cal, 7g protein)
  • 1 slice low fat Swiss, diced small (50 cal, 7g protein)
  • 3 slices Canadian bacon or ham, divided (60 cal, 10g protein for Canadian bacon)
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 packet stevia, optional, if sweeter waffle desired
  • ¼ C water
  • mini waffle maker
  • 1 TBSP Smucker's Fruit & Honey fruit spread, flavor of choice (35 cal)
  • 1 to 2 tsp coconut oil
  • granulated stevia powdered in a clean coffee grinder to dust over the waffle serving, if desired
  • adjust nutrition to ingredients used
