Roasted Cauliflower with Anchovies and Breadcrumbs
Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 to 5 fresh sage leaves, roughly chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper to taste
  • subheading: For the anchovy breadcrumbs:
  • ⅛ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 anchovy fillets, rinsed and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 small shallot, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup fresh breadcrumbs
