  • Wooden Skewers, with pointy ends

  • 2 Tbs Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 tsp Bill’s Best Chik’Nish Seasoning, optional
  • ¾ Cup Water
  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbs Soy Sauce
  •  
  • Vegetable Stock, for simmering
  • subheading: Tamarind Glaze:
  • 1 Tbs Tamarind Concentrate
  • ¼ Cup Agave Nectar
  • 1 Tbs Tamari or Soy Sauce
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Molasses
  • Black Pepper
