  • 2 tbsp. egg whites (about 1 large) or fat-free liquid egg substitute
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsp. cornstarch or arrowroot powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
