Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
  • 7 slices bread, cubed
  • 7 eggs
  • ¾ c milk, plus 3 T
  • 1 green onion (optional)
  • ½ t dry mustard
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 ¼ c shredded cheese
Steps
  1. Blend eggs, milk, onions, and mustard.
  2. Spread bread in the bottom of the casserole and pour the egg mixture on top.
  3. Mix 1 cup cheese, an additional ½ cup milk, and soup together.
  4. Pour over bread.
  5. Fry meat and sprinkle over top with remaining cheese.
  6. Place in the fridge overnight.
  7. Bake at 375* for 40 minutes.
  8. Serve hot!
