Cookie wedge
Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • ½ to ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ to ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ¼ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Set out 14 inch pan (I use a square 9x9 silicone)
  3. Beat the butter and sugars together until creamy
  4. Add vanilla and eggs to bowl
  5. Mix flour, baking soda and salt
  6. Mix in dry mix
  7. Add chocolate chips
  8. Spread into pan
  9. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
  10. Wait until it cools and cut into wedges (or don't and cut a mini piece off every time you're in the kitchen)
