  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 ½ cups Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach (thawed and drained of excess liquid)
  • 8 slices bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 3 large eggs (beaten)
