I used seasoning salt, and served with scalloped potatoes, and sauteed summer squash. I used a shallow bowl and tongs, instead of plastic bag.
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs. cube steak, carefully trimmed of all fat and cut into small (approximately 2 inch) pieces
  • ½ c. all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 3 T. olive oil, divided
