Ingredients
  • subheading: for the dough:
  • 1+½ cups walnuts
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup stone ground whole wheat flour (or regular whole wheat flour)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups gluten flour
  • subheading: for the broth:
  • 10 cups spring water
  • ⅓ cup organic soy sauce, unfermented (or coconut amino acids)
  • 1+¼ teaspoons sea salt or himalayan salt
  • ½ teaspoon sage
  • 1+¾ teaspoons thyme
  • 1+¼ teaspoons oregano
  • 2+½ cups sliced onions
  • note: s always, organic ingredients are best. Have fun with the broth and add your own seasoning mix- in other words, if you do not have or do not like sage, thyme or oregano, just substitute with dried herbs you do like.
