⅓ cup pumpkin puree

1 to 2 tsp maple syrup

2 Tb coconut cream

¼ tsp vanilla extract, or ⅛ tsp vanilla bean powder

2 Tb flour

pinch salt

¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice OR a dash each of cinnamon, mace, clove and ginger)
