WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES
BROWNIES
Ingredients
  • 100 gms Vitalite
  • 200 gm dark chocolate
  • 250gms golden caster sugar
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 100gms S.R.flour
  • 30gms cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 gms milk chocolate
  • 50 gms white chocolate
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree fan
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
  3. whisk the sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy
  4. Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, sift on the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder mix until a smooth fudge like consistency.
  5. Add the chopped milk and white chocolate
  6. Libe a square vaking tin with baking paper and add the mixture
  7. bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is cracked but the middle is just set
  8. Set aside to cool completely before lifting out of the tin abd cutting.
