  • 1 lb lomi noodle
  • 5 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 Tbsp water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil

  • ½ cup kikiam (que-kiam)
  • 12 to 15 pcs meatballs
  • Toasted garlic
