Ingredients
  • 1 kilo pork liempo,
  • ½ kilo pork liver
  • 295 ml pork blood (or beef blood)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium size onion, minced
  • 4 pcs. siling haba
  • 5 to 10 siling labuyo, chopped
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 3 knorr beef cubes
  • ½ can gate or coconut milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. patis
  • salt and pepper
