Chicken and Sweetcorn Puff Pastry Pie
Ingredients
  • 350g Baby Potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Leek, washed and sliced
  • 400g Quorn chicken, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 400g tin Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 250g Garden Peas, defrosted and drained
  • 326g Sweetcorn in Water, drained
  • 320g Rolled Puff Pastry
  • 1 egg yolk, beaten (optional)
