Party Potatoes
Hashbrown casserole
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. potatoes o'brien
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 carton toasted onion dip
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups corn flakes
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
Steps
  1. Combine milk, soups and dip.
  2. Place potatoes o'brien in 11x15 baking dish.
  3. Pour soup mixture over potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over soup mixture.
  5. Stir corn flakes and oleo and spread over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
