  • 2 cups Cauliflower (riced or diced small)
  • 1 ½ cups Portobello Mushrooms (diced small)
  • ¼ cup Walnuts (chopped small)
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tbs Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbs Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Coriander
  • ½ tsp Mexican Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ⅛ tsp Ground Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Ground Cloves
