Ingredients
- ¾ cup cashew milk
- ½ cup Organic Super Seeds by BetterBody Foods (Flax, Chia, & Hemp Hearts blend)
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 pinch salt
- sweetener to taste
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1Tbs heavy whipping cream
Steps
- In a small saucepan over low heat, add all ingredients except the vanilla, butter, sweetener, and cream.
- Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 3 to 5 minutes. Melt in the butter and sweeten to taste.
- Remove from heat & stir in the vanilla.
- Serve warm, drizzled with cream on top and a sprinkling of sweetener.
Notes
- Oatmeal is thick; add a little water if you like it thinner.
- Top with berries, toasted nuts, sugar free jam, peanut butter... go nuts!
