Ingredients
  • ¾ cup cashew milk
  • ½ cup Organic Super Seeds by BetterBody Foods  (Flax, Chia, & Hemp Hearts blend)
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 pinch salt
  • sweetener to taste
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1Tbs heavy whipping cream
Steps
  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, add all ingredients except the vanilla, butter, sweetener, and cream.
  2. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly, about 3 to 5 minutes. Melt in the butter and sweeten to taste.
  3. Remove from heat & stir in the vanilla.
  4. Serve warm, drizzled with cream on top and a sprinkling of sweetener.
Notes
  • Oatmeal is thick; add a little water if you like it thinner.
  • Top with berries, toasted nuts, sugar free jam, peanut butter... go nuts!
