Snowman Cheeseball
Cheeseball done in the shape of a snowman. Hat optional

Ingredients
  • 2 8-oz. blocks cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 ½ c. sharp cheddar cheese, room temperature
  • 1 oz. package ranch seasoning mix
  • ♥-----------♥
  • 1 ½ c. finely shredded jack cheese (it's the snow)
  • 1 baby carrot
  • whole peppercorns for eyes and mouth and buttons
Steps
  1. Let cream cheese and cheddar cheese come to room temperature.
  2. In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine those cheeses with the ranch dressing mix
  3. Divide the mixture into a smaller lump (for the head) and a larger lump (for the body).
  4. Transfer the lumps to two separate sheets of plastic wrap. Form each into a ball
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight, or several days ahead
  6. Right before serving, press shredded jack cheese into each cheese ball. Place big ball onto a serving plate, and put the smaller ball on top.
  7. Slice tip of carrot and press into the upper ball to make a nose. Use peppercorns for mouth and eyes and buttons.
