Pico de Gallo
Ingredients

  • 4 Roma tomatoes, deseeded and diced (about 2 cups)
  • ¾ cup white onion, finely diced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 large serrano pepper or jalapeño, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Instructions
  • Dump all the ingredients into a bowl and stir to mix well. Cover and refrigerate about a half hour to blend flavors. (Or just go ahead and chow down...)
  • Serve with tortilla chips or on top of tacos, burritos, eggs... use your imagination!
