Spiced chickpea wraps with Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  • Tahini Dressing
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 3 Tablespoons warm water
  • 1½ Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 cloves garlic
  •  
  • Spiced Chickpeas
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons smoke paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅓ teaspoon cayenne powder
  •  
  • 4 wraps
  • Spinach
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  •  
Steps
  1. Dressing Mix all stuff together until smooth and creamy
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add chickpeas and fry until they are golden and start to pop. 3 to 5 minutes. Mix lemon juice, maple syrup and soy sauce. Pour over chickpeas let evaporate for about 30 seconds then add all spices fry fr 30 more seconds then turn off heat
  3. Serve in a wrap with what veggies you like. Add dressing.
