  • ½ pound ground lamb or pork
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped fresh mint
  • ⅓ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 large garlic cloves, grated or very finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Tzatziki, salad and pita (all optional), for serving
