- ½ yellow onion, finely chopped.
- 2 gloves garlic, minced.
- 2 teaspoons Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning.
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme leaves.
- 4 cups beef broth.
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) petite diced tomatoes, drained.
- 1 package (12 oz.) frozen sliced okra, thawed.
- 2 bay leaves.
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper.
- ½ teaspoon oregano.
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
- Rice, cooked.
