  • 3 ripe bananas mashed (315 cal, 3.9g protein)
  • ⅓ c. applesauce, unsweetened (34 cal)
  • 2 c. oats (600 cal, 20g protein)
  • 3 Tbsp. milk (15 cal, 2.4g protein for nonfat Fairlife)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla (12 cal)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ c. raisins (120 cal, 2g protein)
  • and/or
  • ½ c. chocolate chips, 60% cacao or more (add appropriate calories)
