Caesar Roasted Broccoli
Ingredients

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced or grated

  • 1 pound broccoli florets, cut into 1 ½ to 2-inch pieces (6 cups; 453g)
  • 2 tablespoons (30ml) extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt; for table salt, use half as much by volume
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • subheading: For Serving:
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, plus more to taste
