Ingredients
  • 250 grams raw chicken breast, minced
  • 5 grams nutritional yeast
  • 2 grams garlic powder
  • 2 grams onion powder
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 gram black pepper
  • 4 grams paprika
  • 4 grams chili powder
  • avocado or olive oil spray
Steps
  1. Mix all of the dry ingredients together, then add HALF of the amount to the raw chicken breast and mix well. Reserve the remaining mixed spice to coat the chips when done. Roll the spiced chicken dough out flat (the thinner the better), and bake 5 minutes a side in a 400 degree oven.
  2. Let it cool, then cut it into triangles. Lightly spray the pieces, then finish them off in an air fryer for 3 minutes a side at 400 degrees in an air fryer (my fav) or same in the oven.
  3. Once they are crispy, put the chips in a bowl and add the remaining seasoning mix. Toss to coat, and enjoy. You can easily cut the carb count in half by making up only half of the seasoning and coating the chips AFTER they're done. I'm going to try that next time I make them. :)
