  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams (5 oz) feta cheese
  • brined olives (optional)
