***lower heat and 2nd bake technique works for any brownie recipe
Proof positive that technique is just as important as ingredients, especially when it comes to chocolaty goodness. This is version 2.0 — a change up in the baking time creates a fudgy brownie with a crisp and flaky crust, different than the original recipe.
A note about texture: We're adding quite a bit of cocoa powder to our batter in order to achieve a perfectly fudgy brownie. The batter will be much thicker than, say, a boxed mix...and that's fine. Just trust me.
