Sesame Oil Chicken with Ginger
Ingredients

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine

  • 150g button mushrooms, cut into half
  • 50g ginger, peel, cut, and julienne (more if you prefer)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (make a slurry with water)
