Ingredients
  • 1 cup Macro organic tri-colour quinoa
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 vanilla bean, split or 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1 ½ cups Macro organic almond milk
  • 2 pears, quartered, cored, chopped
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • fresh or frozen berries, to serve
  • 2 tbs Woolworths Select flaked almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbs Woolworths 100% Canadian maple syrup
