  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 cups chicken stock (preferably homemade) or low sodium chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ - ⅓ cup of fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
