Fruit Spring Rolls with Yogurt Sauce

  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 8 rice paper wrappers (or more as needed)

  • ½ cup (5 oz container) coconut yogurt (or preferred type of yogurt)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoon(s) honey (or preferred sweetener)
  • Zest from 1 lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
