Ingredients
- 1 9” pie crust
- 5 eggs
- ¾ c milk
- ¼ c sour cream
- 1 c shredded cheese
- ¼ c each diced onion, bell pepper
- 1 tomato diced ( optional sun dried tomato )
- ½ c diced ham ( qty. to liking )
- 2 to 4 small red potatoes diced ( precook in microwave for 3 minutes)
- Kale, hand full chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic paste
- Salt & pepper to taste
Steps
- Prick pie crust and pre cook on 350 for 10 minutes. Sauté onion, bells, then add to bowl along with all ingredients mix well. Pour into prepared pie crust and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done and knife comes out clean.
Notes
- Meats and veggies can be interchanged to whatever you like.
